We are a small business, and no shows and cancellations have a big impact on us. No- shows and last- minute cancellations greatly affect the stability of our business and are unfair to clients on our waiting list as it is too late for us to rebook the spot.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, if you cannot make it, you may send a friend or family member in your place, and we will happily accommodate them.
If this is not possible, we kindly request a minimum 48 hours’ notice, so that we can offer that time slot to another client.Failing to do so, will result in a 50% payment deducted from the card provided.
All no shows will result in a full payment of your appointment to be paid from the card provided.
If you have pre-paid treatments with Pro-Esthetics and you don’t provide us with 24 hours’ notice or fail to turn up for your appointment, that treatment will be deducted in its entirety from your plan/membership. Pro-Esthetics doesn't offer refunds for change of mind.
We take a $100 booking fee on all appointments that are 1hour + to ensure no last minute cancellations or no show. This is non refundable or transferable.
It is our salon policy that children cannot attend appointments with you. This is for their own safety and the comfort of our clients.
